April Weekends Mean Spring Rugby

Coach Ward Patterson has firmed up the Men's Spring Rugby schedule, and every weekend this April offers a chance to see the 2005 team in action. With many returning players, and several new faces this spring, the team looks promising. The winter offered the team their much needed rest and recovery from their punishing end of season games and allowed all to anticipate the heralded 'indoor practices' which started after the New Year.

WIth April comes the return of the outdoor game. The team is ready for the challenge of regaining their playing form and having some fun running in the mud.
The many Juniors who remain abroad allows many newcomers a chance to hone their skills in this offseason warmup to next fall's regulation matches. Among those abroad this spring include Cal Garner '06, in Moscow and Clark Smith '06 in China.
